All CREA•RE BAGS products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and manufacturing. However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport e.g. airlines, unless they are deemed at CREA•RE BAGS’s discretion to have a defect in the materials or manufacturing.

If you think something is not right with your CREA•RE BAGS product, that makes us sad and we want to fix it! We want you to be as happy with your CREA•RE BAGS stuff as we are making it!

Returns

To return the product, please send an email to here and include the following information:

• Photos of the alleged defect and the rest of the product as well;
• A copy of your receipt;
• A photo of the authenticity certificate you received with the case;
• Your full address and phone number (including country and area codes).

If you reside in a country where we have no distributors (yet). This is a difficult one for us and we will do everything we can to process your claim, however:

• You may be responsible for shipping charges and applicable taxes;
• There may even be customs charges which you will have to pay; and…
• We may not be able to process your claim at all unless you can provide an address to which we can ship without unreasonable costs.

LEGAL STUFF

CREA•RE BAGS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and manufacture under normal and proper usage and service for the life of the product. CREA•RE BAGS’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at CREA•RE BAGS’s option, products, or parts determined by CREA•RE BAGS to be defective in materials or manufacture. If the product has been superseded, replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function.

All warranty claims must be made in writing, by mail or email, giving full product details, supporting photos and details, and proof of purchase as outlined above. CREA•RE BAGS will then determine if the issue is covered under warranty and, if so covered, will issue a replacement along with a return label for sending the defective product back to CREA•RE BAGS (EU returns only). This warranty is given to the original purchaser of the products only and cannot be assigned, except with the prior written agreement of CREA•RE BAGS.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than CREA•RE BAGS; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; (4) shipment of the product; or (5) products not purchased from an authorized CREA•RE BAGS distributor/dealer. This warranty does not cover apparel. CREA•RE BAGS reserves the right to revise product warranty and other store policies without notice.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CREA•RE BAGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF CREA•RE BAGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
